A January 6th Patriot Protestor Reacts to the ICE Riots in Downtown Los Angeles
by Guest Columnist Mike R.
“Greater love hath no man than this, to lay down his life for his country.” This isn’t me talking, now, these are the words of Jesus himself as recorded in Word of God, the Holy Bible, laid down in words of red and white. I know loving Jesus isn’t the fashion right now, what with him being a white man who spoke English fluently and was born legally in the United States. I guess we’ll never see him cast as Walt Disney’s Snow White in our lifetime!
Things just seemed a little simpler back then in 2021 on January 6th. Back on that day, I told my friend, The Pizzagate Warlock, as we were on the front lines of breaking down the doors of the nation’s Capital to murder the Vice President of the United States and overturn the results of the Presidential Election, “These leftist un-Christian creeps need to understand that if they want to live in this country they must obey the rule of law.”
I’m not sure how much of that The Pizzagate Warlock actually heard, what with the loud screaming of the Capitol officer as he was gored in the cheek by one of the buffalo horns on the Warlock’s helmet. But the point still stands. If you want to stay in this country, you have to be ready to follow the laws as they are written in the Constitution, unless those laws directly contravene things you personally desire like the right to use hospital grade horse dewormer to cure almost any illness except, oddly, for those caused by eating animal medicine paste.
And before you leftists start whining about the use of “unnecessary force” against a so-called “peaceful protest”, I hope you remember that your actions have consequences if you’re on the wrong side of history. And if you have to ask what the right side of history is, please allow me give you a hint: It’s the side that distributes thousands of blanket pardons for those of us who got a little carried away upholding the rule of law as we wish it had been written.
Is this the country I fought the Capitol Hill police and the National Guard to protect? As I hurt myself straining to take a big messy dump on Nancy Pelosi’s desk, I wasn’t thinking about protecting illegal immigrants, or even about a Congressional office’s serious lack of toilet paper. I was thinking about how proud I was to be an American, and also about how those pocket Constitutions she kept next to her computer to give to child visitors would make excellent toilet paper substitutes.
Is this the country I grew up loving? It seems so many of these outside agitators want an America where foreigners can come over the border and take all the jobs from the very same God-fearing Americans who voted for the Presidents whose administrations systematically destroyed the unions that would have protected those jobs for them!
I’m proud of our President, who is sending an active Marine battalion in to a major American city to protect the real victims of these raids – the Apple stores, jewelry stores, and CVS drug stores in downtown Los Angeles. I don’t think I’ve felt anything like this since that crisp winter afternoon on January 6th when my eyes teared up both from the tear gas and the pride I felt on seeing the American flag I burned so that I might protect the values embodied by that American flag.
